How to split a photo for an Instagram grid
No software to install.
No account to slow you down.
Choose one photo
Choose a static JPG, PNG or WebP. This tool splits one picture across separate profile posts; it does not combine several photos into a collage.
Preview your profile layout
Choose 3, 6, 9 or 12 posts and a post ratio. Use Show full image to keep the image edges, or Fill canvas (crop) to fill the layout. Check faces and text near the cuts.
Download and check the posting order
Prepare and download the ZIP, then extract the images. Use the numbered post files in the order explained below. Test the layout on your account before publishing a complete set.
Instagram grid posting order
Start with post 01 in the bottom-right corner. Publish each image as a separate post, finishing at the top left.
Profile previews are simulations. Pinned posts and platform changes can affect alignment. Real-account validation is still pending.

Which image should I post first?
Start with post_01, the bottom-right tile. Continue in file-number order. This assumes new posts appear at the top left and pinned or reordered posts do not interrupt the layout.
Is this a photo collage maker?
No. This tool divides one photo into several separate posts. It does not combine multiple photos into one image.
Will the profile preview match Instagram exactly?
The profile view is a simulation, not a guarantee. Account layouts, pinned posts, thumbnail crops, and app updates may change the result. Test a layout before publishing a full grid.
Can you post the grid for me?
No Instagram login or publishing integration is included. Download the tiles and post them yourself.
