A little overlap goes a long way.
Overlap repeats a strip along neighboring pages, giving you room to trim and align the image. Margins protect the edges your printer cannot reach.
For A4 with 10 mm margins and 5 mm overlap, a 2 × 2 poster covers 375 × 549 mm. Print at Actual Size / 100% and test one sheet first. Physical print validation is still in progress during public beta.

Which print setting should I choose?
Print at Actual Size or 100%, on the selected paper size. Do not use Fit to page. Print a test sheet before the full poster.
What does overlap do?
Adjacent pages repeat a small strip of the image. Trim one side of the shared edge and align the matching content before taping the sheets together.
Why is the poster smaller than the sheets added together?
The usable area excludes margins, and repeated overlap is counted only once in the assembled image. The preview reports this usable coverage.
Can I print accurate technical patterns?
This tool is for visual posters. Printer scaling and hardware margins require a physical test. Do not rely on it for precision measurement without calibration.
